A website needs to do more than exist.
LifeCoachATL needed its digital presence to help Atlanta-area people discover its coaching services, understand its offering, and take the next step.

At the start of the engagement, the client’s site was not on page one of unpaid Google results for its target “life coach Atlanta” searches, according to the original project review.
Indexing needed attention
Technical issues were disrupting how search engines discovered and indexed the site’s content.
Visitors needed a clearer next step
Calls to action were inconsistent. The site also needed a more reliable way to capture interest, qualify potential clients, and follow up without every interaction being manual.

SEO, the website experience, and follow-up worked together.
The project addressed both sides of the journey: helping people find LifeCoachATL and giving interested visitors a more useful way to connect.
Built a more intentional SEO content strategy
Refined blog topics, search terms, post structure, and readability using consistent SEO checklists, with Atlanta coaching searches as the business context.
Fixed barriers to indexing
Diagnosed and resolved technical issues that had interfered with proper search-engine indexing so published content could be discovered more reliably.
Made booking the obvious next step
Placed “Book Your Session” links in newsletters and blog posts. Added interactive qualification questions to help capture prospective clients’ needs and confidence levels.
Reduced repetitive manual follow-up
Implemented automated email workflows, newsletter subscriptions, and pop-ups to help maintain communication with interested people at different stages.
